A lot of people on Instagram have been discussing the urge to refrain from snacking or
binging on unhealthy food. I am a total snacker and have a major sweet tooth,
which isn’t helpful at all when it comes to being healthy.
However, instead of eliminating snacking and sweets from my
diet I’ve found different healthier versions to replace the so good but so bad
for me stuff.
One snack I recently played around with are these peanut
butter banana chocolate bites. I was so happy with the way they turned out and
the whole family loved them.
I refrigerated them after they were complete, but next time
I will freeze them since hubby had mentioned more than once that they’ll probably
taste even more better that way.
